Instructions: Simmer gently 2 tsp of herb tea mix with 2 cups of water and 2 Tbsp of cubed fresh ginger for 30 minutes. Ā Strain and keep in the fridge for 3-5 days. Ā Reheat and drink 1/3 of a cup about 5 minutes before eating. Ā Do this 1-2 times a day.Ā
